The admin panel is not accessible in the live version, but the same interface is used in my FlexGPT which is free to try out. It’s simply an interface to upload and categorise the memory, as well as edit and otherwise manage these memory items. In the images below, you can see that I added each page of the Notion documentation as text to the memory.
